INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 c. molasses.
- 1/3 c. dark brown sugar.
- 1 large egg; pinch of salt.
- A teaspoon of baking soda.
- A teaspoon of ground ginger.
- 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter.
- A teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
- A teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

PROCEDURE: Preheat oven to 375F. Beat butter, sugar and molasses in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add egg and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat to form a smooth dough. Chill for at least an hour before rolling to an inch thickness. Cut out with a gingerbread man cutter, place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake until golden, 12-14 minutes.

Add flour mixture and mix on low speed until the dough is mixed together.
Separate dough into two discs and wrap each in plastic wrap. Place in fridge for at least one hour.
When dough is ready to be used, roll it out to about 1/4" thickness and cut as desired. Cookies can be baked in the oven at 350F for around 14 minutes.

- 1 lb. beef stir-fry strips.
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger root.
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets.
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked.
- 1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing.
- STOVE TOP One-Dish Chicken Skillet.
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted.
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken.
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream.
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup.
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

Easy Beef and Broccoli PROCEDURE:
- COOK rice as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
- ADD broccoli, hoisin sauce, dressing and ginger root; stir. Cover. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.
SERVE over the rice.

Note to Remember:If you can't find beef stir-fry strips in your supermarket, you can use any grilling steak, cut into thin strips, instead.
- Substitute jarred minced ginger for the grated ginger root.
- STOVE TOP One-Dish Chicken Skillet.
- MIX hot water, butter and stuffing mix.
- COOK chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. on each side.
- MIX soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing; cover. Cook on low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done (165oF).

Note to Remember: Substitute fat-free milk for the sour cream.

- Cut crust off bread.
- Roll out bread as thin as possible with rolling pin.
- Press flattened bread into well greased muffin tins. Brush bread cups with a bit of melted butter.
- Bake bread cups at 375oF for 5-7 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Curl a piece of thin deli ham into the cup and add thin slices of cheese along the sides of the bread cups.
